I pursued an engineering degree after 19 years of following my Dad around the world as an Air Force Dependent and eight years in the Air Force myself. After graduation I have worked for a Mid West Utility, Steel Mill, Westinghouse Engineering Services, a panel shop and a consultant for NASA power distribution and control. Of all my engineering jobs I have always enjoyed manufacturing the best. This is where new ideas come from and society as a whole advances. I began working with V-Blox in 2004. The challenge that comes for developing and testing new products is the most fulfilling experience for an engineer. I have one wife, six children, three grandchildren and one on the way. My wife Susi is my best friend. My oldest daughter has brought me three beautiful grand kids and will bring another this spring. My oldest son is a junior at FSU. My second daughter is attending UNF and hopes to go to France to study next year. The remaining three children are still at home. Melissa, 18, will graduate in two years and hopes for a career in TV journalism. Michael, 14, starts high school next year. And Mathew, 10, is still in elementary school.
I'm not allowed to run the train, the whistle I can't blow. I'm not the one who designates how far the train will go. I'm not allowed to blow the steam or even ring the bell, but let the damn thing jump the track and see who catches hell.
